Class B Rafting Shuttle Bus Driver Job
Required: CDL-B, Air Brakes, Passenger Endorsement. Starting at $25.00/hour.
Shuttle Bus Driver position in beautiful Denali National Park, Alaska with the original whitewater rafting company of the area! Housing available, end of season bonus, local benefits. Seasonal position; preferred dates 5/15-9/15 can be flexible.
Drivers are responsible for picking up and dropping off customers at their lodging, helping to prepare and return rafting trips, pre and post-trip inspections, fueling and sweeping vehicles.
Average two trips per day, 8-10 hours/day. Expect some OT to occur dependent on bookings. Work 5 days per week, 2 consecutive days off.
Housing: We provide housing in prefabricated units with 4 side by side rooms, no roommates. Rent is deducted from checks to cover utility usage, usually $150-200/month. That does include WIFI. A communal building is provided with a living room, tv, full kitchen, showers, and laundry. Volleyball court, basketball hoop, ping-pong, hiking trails right out the door, and tons of more fun!
A meal plan is offered, though not required. It includes all food items for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Employees are responsible for preparing their own breakfast and lunch from these items, dinners are prepared by employee cook crews. The meal plan averages $10 per day per person.
Pay: $25.00/hour + Bonus
