Drive company vehicle to and from port.
Process shipment invoices in an accurate and detailed manner, making corrections as necessary.
Communicate frequently with the Intermodal Manager on delivery schedule, routing, and trip updates.
Provide friendly and prompt deliveries in a customer-pleasing manner.
Keep all log books up to date in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
Complete the Delivery Log with information regarding the length of time at each account and all other required information.
Inspect vehicle daily for damage or needed repairs and turn in paperwork accordingly.
Work closely with Intermodal Manager and Mechanic on all repairs and safety issues.
