Our fleet network is consisted of the most driver – friendly commodities and lanes to ensure optimal home time, length of haul and driver pay. With many years of combined dispatch experience, our team knows what it takes to make our drivers successful.
Qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable flatbed experience
• Have experience building and executing a successful trip plan
• Must be able to tarp loads when needed
• Stable employment history
• Clear MVR & PSP reports
• Meet all the Federal Motor Carriers Guidelines with no DUI/OWI’s
Pay: 50 - 55 cents a mile for drivers, percentage for owner ops
• $500 Sign On Bonus for drivers
• $2000 Sign On Bonus for owner operators
• 50-55 Cents per mile
• Greater earning potentials based on driving experience
• Accessorial Pay: Pickup-Drop-Detention-Tarp pay
• Average 2500-3000 miles per week
• Get paid weekly
• Excellent assigned equipment maintained in our workshop
• Lots of consistent miles
• NO forced dispatch
• Flexible home-time
