CLASS A CDL DRIVER - US MAIL (SEATTLE)
Compensation: Trips paid on a Flat (trip) Rate - avgs $20 + per hour plus health and welfare
Full and Part-time/Extra Board
Description of Work: Class A CDL drivers hauling US Mail from Seattle area to various cities in Washington and Oregon -- NO LONG HAUL.
We run late model Freightliners and Kenworths with 53 trailers.
Requirements:
* 23 years or older to drive interstate
* Class A Commercial Driver License
* Current medical DOT card
* 2 years Class A driving experience
* Available to work all shifts and days
* Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check (Federal Motor Carrier Regulations, Part 383.51- NO criminal convictions or forfeiture of bond or collateral, any drug related felony while operating a vehicle, DUII, DWI, and no more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years)
* Union membership within 30 days of hire
Pay: Trips paid on a Flat (trip) Rate - Averages $21 -$25/hour
Health Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays, Pension.
